Static Data are records such as Passenger Type, Passenger Title that are referenced by their IDs rather than as strings

Since they are not that many, it's fairly easy to build a map and submit their IDs to the API. Exception to this are the Countries, which are also used for their international country phone code information. You should be able to easily map them to yours by ISO codes.
